| Ahhh. I got my computer desk and shelf/chest of drawers/TV cabinet. Arriving bright an early tomorrow morning. Won't be home though. Heading to the island with Kat and friends.
I reckon my room will look rather nice by tomorrow afternoon. Sighhh. I still need to find the right TV. Everything I've seen is either too big.. or too ugly. Ever noticed the back of Sony TV's and how bulky they are?
Pfft. Even the Wega ones are bulky at the back. No way on earth is my mother going to get me a Plasma TV. Psht. Oh well.
I admire Mia Fieldes' writing. She wrote "All For Love" on Hillsong's God He Reigns album. "All for love a father gave, for only Love could make a way. All for love the Heavens cried, for Love was crucified." Beautiful. Sometimes, there are songs that bring tears to my eyes not because of the tune or melody or how nice it sounds. Its because the words strike deep into my heart. The words may not be flourished and fancy but it's the pure and simple truth.
People forget the true meaning of things once they're all dressed up in complicated poetic devices. Sure they sound nice, but what's the point of it sounding nice when you don't understand what it really means?
Hmmm. I'm beginning to have second thoughts about going to the island. I'm afraid the people who turn up might be psychos. Oh gosh, what if it's people that test Kat's patience? Hell hath no fury like an irritated Katherine Smith. I now fear for my life. (Haha, I love ya, Kat.)
Hmmm. I'm going through great pains trying to locate my cordless phone. It was pretty, transparent and PURPLE. I disconnected it when there was a power cut so I plugged in a Telekom phone to make calls. I was too lazy to plug it back in when the power came back on. NOW I WANT IT BACK! *sob* Ah, crap.
I'm sorry for my lack of insightfulness in my last few posts. I have no inspiration to blog something inspirational. HAH. For now, settle with this. Sorry, the smart me will be back soon.
| Ergh. I hate ants. No, I hate all insects. If it has more than 4 legs, I hate it.
What else do I hate? People who don't know the meaning of respect. Even more, those who don't know the meaning of earning respect. It's sad how people act like they deserve respect when they didn't do anything to earn it.
Wait, I'm not done yet! I hate Courts Mammoth. What kind of friggin' name is Courts Mammoth anyway?! Stupid store with stupid furniture. I hate Melanda's for being closed, Lorenzo for selling overpriced crap and Ikea for being so far away. CURSE YOU! CURSE... YOU!
Yeah, I think I'm done hating everything now.
Yeah, been T.V shopping. I'm spoilt for choice. Sony is my friend.
Haven't bothered to do much to this room after being kicked out of my previous, more spacious room in May. Pfft. Grandparents and their silly fights lead to me being roomless. So I finally feel like taking the initiative to do something to this place. New bed, check. Chest of drawers, check. Computer desk, check. Now all I have to do is find a couch or something of some sort and a T.V. I got my DVD player and the PS2 will be in here. *Sigh* Which reminds me, I gotta call the Astro man to come and set up the satellite dish for the TV. How troublesome.
Pictures'll be up when I'm done. Heh. Some of you will never see it anyway. I have rules for entrace to my room. Yeah, even now with the room's "undone" state.
You're not coming in if: 1. I don't like you. 2. I don't want you to. 3. You're a guy. 4. You're a guy I don't like. (Therefore you shouldn't be in my house anyway.) 5. You smell like poop.
Rules change depending on the circumstance.
Oh well, another day of furniture shopping. Lucky me. Any suggestions on where I should get the rest of my furniture? Please don't go like.. "Perabot Rufiqah" Or whatever. I'm not in the mood for such jokes.

| I can't seem to remember what I wanted to blog about. OH YES! MTV VJ HUNT FINALS AT ZOUK! I wonder how it went. Bernard ah, if you read this, comment and let me know! Orrrr.. you could put up a looooooong post on your blog, yes? Yes.
Gosh, I'm up to episode 100 of Naruto now. Hm. 59 episodes to go!
Okay, on the other hand.. Is it just me or is this Jojo kid really strange looking?

"My preciousssss."
However, I've been tagged by Bernice, therefore I am obliged to fill out this little "Questionnaire". Okay, and also because it's 4.30am and I can't sleep.
7 things that scare me : - Cockroaches. - Rats. - Dying before I have the chance to finish living. Get it? - Heights. (Can you say vertigo?) - My own blood. (Long story, I'll explain if you ask.) - Eerie Silences. - Eerie Silences + The Dark. (OhMiGatt. I'd probably have an anxiety attack.)
7 random facts about me: - I love correcting people. (Sorry, I just do.) - I feel uncomfortable when people I just meet give me too much attention. - I'm extremely vulnerable emotionally though I put up a brave front most of the time. But when I'm hurt, it shows. - You can tell when I'm irritated. I automatically start frowning and my tone changes to cold and sarcastic and you get the whole "I'mma whoop you so bad that yo' momma won't recognize you!"-vibe from me. - To add contrast to the above statement, I care about my family and friends alot. Though it may seem like I really don't give a damn, I'd actually be willing to help if anyone needs me. Hey, I can be really nice when I want to be, okay? - I'm not easily impressed. I don't go "Wow!" if you're an over-achiever or if you're some billionaire's kid. I honestly, HONESTLY, don't care. - I really respect guys who respect girls. The guys who actually show that chivalry's not dead.
7 things I hope to do before I die: - See the world. - Lie on the grass and watch the stars 'til morning comes with someone significant. - Make a difference. - Let the people I love know that I love them. - Make a positive impact in someone's life. - "Tell the world that Jesus lives, tell the world that.. tell the world that.." - LIVE.
7 things I can do: - I can spend ridiculous amounts of money on clothes and unnecessary things. (Not that clothes aren't necessary.) - Form a comprehensible English sentence unlike some buggers I know. Psht. - Write parodies of stories. I'm damned good at it too. - Style guy's hair. I'm serious. - Imitate accents! I'm really good at that. SERIOUS. GIVE ME AN ACCENT, ANY ACCENT! - I can tell the difference between poetic devices and use them correctly. - I can type without looking at the keyboard.
7 people who should fill this out: - Frances. - Radiance. - Laura. - Sam. - Regina. - Myles. - Emmanuel. (Emmy!)
